PROJECT COORDINATION
Customer Care starts with making sure your needs are met, and our Project Coordinators are on the front lines, ready to help. You’ll find them regularly on-site, as well as coordinating with the Design Team, Shop, Trades and Installation Team to keep your home renovations moving.
Every Gateway project has a designated Project Coordinator whose primary function is looking after you and your home. They are your creative problem solvers, intermediaries, and advocates.
SCHEDULING
Home renovations have dozens of moving parts and, depending on the scale, making sure every step is executed on time and in the right order can be a complicated undertaking. We are committed to keeping your project moving as seamlessly as possible.
Keeping you updated so you can watch the progress and stay informed is important to us. We’ve recently launched a Live Calendar that you can access to check your schedule in real-time. You’ll always know the next steps so you can prepare for everyone who will need access to your home. You’ll receive a link (visible on any device) to your personal live calendar once your project starts. Click on each daily task and you’ll find any additional details we have as soon as we have them. Schedule change notifications are also available via text or email. Let us know your preference and we will strive to keep you well-informed.
