PEOPLE AND CULTURE COORDINATOR (HUMAN RESOURCES)

Gateway Kitchen + Bath has been building for over 30 years. We build cabinets, we build spaces, and we build strong teams. As we grow, we’ve found ourselves in need of a Human Resources Coordinator to help strengthen and enhance that team. Working closely with the Director of Administration (as well as hiring managers, recruiters and other HR personnel), a successful candidate will ensure our policies, processes and practices meet the standards of efficiency, consistency and precision that we strive for in everything we build. 

Duties include: managing recruitment and on-boarding new hires, coaching employees and managers on their career growth and development needs, aiding employees with benefit programs, developing training programs, facilitating continuing education needs, and more.

PROJECT MANAGER

Calling all experienced Project Managers! As our company continues to grow we have identified this central role as one that requires development. We are looking for a driven, creative and highly experienced candidate to help us build this position into one that will enhance all of our business going forward. Honest assessment and feedback is encouraged and collaboration is critical.

Duties include: reviewing scope of work for projects, including all CAD drawings and paperwork; working with Designers to complete renovations efficiently and with exceptional quality; interacting with and building relationships with both tradespeople and customers, ensuring all needs are communicated and met; acting as a liaison to all departments within Gateway; and problem solving on-site. 

We are looking for a candidate with a Project Management certificate or degree who is detail-oriented, extremely organized and has a carpentry background and experience with tools. Working knowledge of cabinet installations, and a familiarity with AutoCAD, CabinetVision and 2020 software are assets. A successful applicant would be a team player who is focused on continuous improvement, and ready to help us grow.
