DESIGNER

Creative, stylish, functional—it’s what our customers want in their spaces, and if you can deliver as a talented designer and driven salesperson, we are looking for you. Following our process, you: LISTEN to our clients, consulting and collaborating with them as they begin their journey; DESIGN for the perfect balance of beauty and functionality; QUOTE with clarity and detail, being honest and transparent to ensure informed decisions; EXECUTE diligently, collaborating with the rest of the Gateway Team; and CELEBRATE with your clients as each job is completed.

As part of the Design Team, you must be a highly driven individual who loves interacting with customers. Your personality attracts people to you, and a problem is just a solution you haven’t found yet. You will consider the intended purpose of each renovated space, along with the clients’ style preferences. Building and safety codes will be considered as you plan the spaces. DESIGN ASSISTANT

Are you interested in home design? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented candidate for a Design Assistant position to enhance our Sales and Design Team.

Duties include (but are not limited to): assisting designers with cabinet pricing, producing simple design renderings, uploading images to showroom slideshow for client meetings, maintaining and organizing showroom samples, and purchase order entry.

An ideal candidate would have a basic knowledge of home design and be a self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing and basic math is necessary to be successful in this position. Experience in cabinetry rendering programs is a bonus but training will be provided.

INSTALLER

We’ve got work for a talented, self-employed installer. Are you detail-oriented, courteous, and a hard worker looking for work in the renovation business? We strive to provide the highest level of installation standards and need qualified installers to achieve this while maintaining a positive attitude and respect for our customers’ property.

Knowledge of cabinet installation and the ability to interpret drawings and written specifications is a must, and the nature of the job requires a high level of physical fitness.

A successful candidate for this position would have strong written and communication skills, be able to provide their own tools and transportation, and MUST have renovation experience. We offer competitive compensation on a contracted basis.
